Mrs. L. Ott: Over 24 years of experience teaching in both urban and suburban school districts. Taught in the areas of business, computer technology and Career Technical Education (including the Computer Information Systems & Networking and IT Security CTE Programs). Three years of experience in the Lake Shore Compact Career Tech Office as a Marketing and Recruiting Specialist. Held various roles at the high school level which supported higher student achievement, including: Business Department Chair, Mentor Teacher, Advisory Committee Chair, Business Professionals of America Advisor, SkillsUSA Advisor, Curriculum Writing Team, Kent State University's Global Research Team and Boys and Girls Tennis Coach. Work directly with parents, community, faculty, local colleges, Advisory Committee and the Department of Education to develop real world, meaningful curriculum.
